Hello
I am the owner of T.P. Bodywork, PLLC and US Army Veteran. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) since 2020, during which time I have been grateful to work with hundreds of clients to help them relief their pain, reduce stress, and improve their overall wellbeing. I am also a Neuromuscular Bodywork Therapist, which requires completing 1500 credit hours with a series of medically focused neuromuscular bodywork courses.
My Story
Neuromuscular bodywork is a calling of mine, and I am passionate about my career. I have a deep passion for physical medicine and am proficient in Sports Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy, Prenatal Myotherapy. My style includes a unique therapeutic approach used mainly to help individuals with chronic pain, and injuries. When doing a session with my client, I like to work with my client to find the"edge" of discomfort and their biomechanics in order to form and develop a short-term and long-term treatment plan.
Through my personal experience, I have found how incredibly beneficial neuromuscular bodywork can be to decrease a wide variety of symptoms that often accompany chronic pain, such as TMJ, Migraine, Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, and more. Neuromuscular Bodywork has incredible physical, mental, and emotional benefits. Not only has it helped me overcome many obstacles of my past injuries, but now I am glad to share my professional skills with you to feel better, too. I look forward to meeting you and helping you to make bodywork a part of your ongoing health and wellness routine.
